SQL Developer for VS Code

Some features about reports could be added:

1. Possibility for user add their custom reports;
2. Save those custom reports into our VS Code session to automatically load when we swap between computers (same way that snippets works);
   1. If it is the case, label a snippet as report and load those also as reports from snippets.
3. Allow running a reports using the command bar instead only using "mouse clicks"
   1. Example:
      1. SQLDEV-Report: all objects
      2. SQLDEV-Report: my custom report
