SQL Developer on Windows Server 2003

Hi ALL,

Is sql developer supported on Windows Server 2003?

I tried to install the 64bit version, but if I run it i got error:

I tried also to run the 32bit, and if I run it, ii will ask for JDK which I need to install first

But if I click to install the SDK, it does not run and nothing happens

Please help....
