SQL DEVELOPER - Migration from Sybase to Oracle Failing - Procedures Not Converted

Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise 15.5

Oracle 11G Release 11.2.0.4.0 64 bit

SQL Developer 4.1.3.20 Build MIN-20.78

Sybase Driver: jtds-1.3.1.jar

User has resource privilege

I right click and select "Migrate to Oracle" and follow all the prompts.

It ends without error.

Tables are captured but none of my procedures are found in either the Captured Database Objects or the Converted Database Objects.
