SQL Developer hangs when I paste text from clipboard into SQL Worksheet

I am using version 1.0.0.15.57. SQL Developer consistently hangs when I paste text into a SQL Worksheet from the clipboard. I have Code Insight turned off in the .conf file. Is there any setting that I can change to prevent this from happening?
