SQL Developer hangs if you click right mouse button when query is executing

SQL Developer (version from 4.XX to latest 17.4 ,Windows 2012 ) hangs from time to time

1. if you open then query editor for a long time with no action and you get back to execute a query,it hangs

2. if you click the right mouse button while a query is executing,the context menu shows and the whole GUI hangs

What can I do to avoid or decrease these? Thanks a lot!
