Recently downloaded (twice, to make sure the first wasn't corrupted) the latest version 18.3.0.277.2354 (Windows 64-bit with JDK 8 included)
When I double-click, basically nothing happens. The first time, I got a splash screen for a second but ever since then nothing at all: no splash screen, no error message, no sqldeveloper showing up in task manager, nothing at all.
Have I done something silly?
I'm on Windows 10, and have tried various compatibility settings with colour depth, turned it off and on again, run as windows 7 etc. and I'm out of ideas. I'm not an admin (work PC) but this has not been a problem at other employers when I have used it in the past.
Any suggestions?
