SQL Developer Does Not Show Containers

Hello,

I just installed Oracle Enterprise 12cR2 and created two PDBs using enterprise manager. Then I connected to the oracle instance using SQL Developer(version: 17.4.1.054) and sys user. After it connects to the database, I don't see Container Database tree menu at all.

Can somebody tell me what did I do wrong?

Appreciate for any help.
