SQL Developer does not appear to honour local disk visibility restrictions on Windows

We have a Server 2016 Citrix deployment that is currently being hardened. One of the settings being configured via GPO is limiting visibility and denying access to local drives (https://getadmx.com/?Category=Windows_10_2016&Policy=Microsoft.Policies.WindowsExplorer::NoViewOnDrive), to prevent application breakout. This works nicely for most applications and users can only see the mapped network drives we have for file storage. When using the open dialog in SQL Developer v18.1.0, users can browse the local file system fully.

We also use folder redirection for Documents/Desktop, and noted that SQL Developer does not honour that either when clicking the Documents/Desktop button in the open dialog.

Is this something Oracle could look to implement please?
