I'm a DBA and my existing connections for me and for SYS are receiving "ORA-01017 InvalidUsername/Password" errors when attempting to connect to our 12cR1 databases. I haven't needed to use SQL Developer for a couple of months and I am surprised at receiving the ORA-01017 error.
When I use SQLPlus at the Windows command line, I have no problems connecting SYS as SYSDBA, and using my DBA account as SYSDBA.
I've searched My Oracle Support and the community and I seem to be the only person in the world with this issue.
Can anyone provide me with clues as to investigate to fix this problem?
