SQL Developer Data Modeler 24 - unable to save formatting options

Version 24.3.1.351, Build 351.0831 - unable to save changes in Formatting - despite changes for keywords case. After changing via Tools → Preferences → Format, case keywords left unchanged.

This option worked fine in 22.
