SQL Developer consistently crashes on remote desktop

Version : 3.0.04.34
Using Windows 7 Professional (at work)

When I leave SQL Developer running at work, and remote desktop from home, SQL Developer vanishes (the process isn't there anymore). My home PC is Windows 7 Professional. Has anyone experienced this? Is there a fix? Thank you.
