SQL Developer CASE toggle issue for KEYWORDS and IDENTIFIERS...

Hi,

I was expecting to change the keywords case to uppercase and identifiers to lowercase for SQL query. However the older sql developer version does this seemlessly. The version I downloaded is not doing this and googled it and seems not getting enough info to fix this.

I am using SQL Developer "Version 17.2.0.188" and "Build 188.1159".

I would appreciate if someone could advise in this regard.
