SQL Developer cannot see my network drives

Hello, SQL Developer 4.0.3.16 running on Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise

I am using RDC to connect to this Windows server and my H:\ drive shows up there as \\tsclient\H\. However SQL Developer cannot see this or any network drives. Why? And how to resolve?
