SQL Developer , can't run procedures ??-(

Hi,
Anybdoy can help me !!
I simply can't run any procedures. Their sytnacsys is OK. I verified also that other users after granting rights can run my procs, and I see results after their run.
But when I do RUN nothing happens, no dialog window popped up for paremeters, no any messages, and no results.

Could it be something with my intallation 2.1.0.63 ?
Also what is the meaning of those "green" marks on Procedures icons, when I compiled it first time icon get this green mark, after I recompile it's gone? couldn not find it anywhere in SQL Dev help.
It's just goes simply wihtout any highlights, does it mean that it's already ran ? or ???
