SQL Developer.bat is missing

user9334236Nov 8 2015 — edited Nov 19 2015

I installed 11G with a temp account, admin. Decided to get rid of it, and now things are not 100%, like SQL Developer giving the above message.

Is there a way to switch myself to the owner, or copy some bat file to my own space?

I probably never should have installed it with this win user, but didn't think just running the initial install as admin would work. Do I have to start the entire process over after uninstalling all these aps, or just tweak it somehow?
