SQL Developer 7.3.1 crash on startup

(Windows 7 64-bit)

I already managed to startup sql developer with --verbose option, it runs correct 64bit version and then stops, splash screen disappears before running main window.

Below the maximum progress bar I reached.

I didn't found any log, but APPDATA folder is near empty

What can I do to start SQL Developer?
