SQL Developer 4.2 not recognizing JDBC/JTDS jar file for SQL Server 2005

Upgraded to SQL Developer 4.2 recently. Needed to connect to a SQL Server 2005 db so I put the JTDS jar file in the same location it was in SQL Developer 4.1.3 that worked very well. However, the SQL Server path is not showing in the Connection Properties.

I've restarted SQL Developer several times but it didn't help.

Can anyone offer any suggestions as to paths for investigation?
