Sql Developer 4.1.3.20 the export and import utility can not see network drive

Hello Experts,

Upgraded SQL Developer recently to the latest SQL Developer version 4.1.3.20, it works nicely in general, but when I tried to import or export data, the only drive that available for selection is the physical drives that is attached to the PC, none of the network mapped drive is not available. If I switched to earlier version of SQL Developer, like 4.1.0.19, the network drive showed up.

Has any one experienced similar issue, or can any one point a light on what or where should I look into for resolving the issue?
