SQL Developer 4.1.1.19.59 : Error on opening 9i database procedure or package

When I try to open a procedure or package in my Oracle 9i database, I get this message:

ORA-01460 unimplemented or unreasonable conversion requested

Using SQL Developer 4.0.3.16 I have no problem. A query on v$version returns this:

Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.8.1 - 64bit Production

PL/SQL Release 9.2.0.8.1 - Production

CORE 9.2.0.8.0 Production

TNS for IBM/AIX RISC System/6000: Version 9.2.0.8.0 - Production

NLSRTL Version 9.2.0.8.0 - Production
