The app bounces in the dock and then stops without starting. Version 23.1.1 works well. I also removed the ~/.sqldeveloper folder in the event there was issues with the data files. Even without the ~/.sqldeveloper folder 24.3 still would not start.
I reverted back to 23.1.1 and all is well again.
Any ideas are welcome.
