I downloaded the pre- built Oracle Database free VM with V23c for an online training course.
In my course they are asking us to go on to sql developer (they're using 19 with desktop sql developer,) so I opened the SQL developer link on the web page http://localhost:8080/ords/sql-developer, put username HR and password oracle as the pop up window said. The sign in button at the bottom is staying inactive though. 
I opened the Advanced tab but not 100% sure what to put here… I tried sql-developer and freepdb1 but it still stays disabled. 
I'm new to Oracle - hence doing a course - have I missed a step somewhere?
