SQL Developer 23.1 auto completion procedure call signature no longer there

Hello SQL Dev team,

In 21.4.3, signature of procedure/function called was suggested for auto-completion. Not only is it no longer the case with 23.1, but suggestions are completely unrelated and useless.

As far as I remember, this regression was already present in version 22.x.
