Hello,
I have just downloaded the sqldeveloper-21.2.1.204.1703-x64 version, and extracted contents to C:\Program Files\
When attempting to launch I see the initial splash screen, and maybe a tenth of the loading bar before the program closes.
Can someone help me troubleshoot this?
