SQL Developer 20.2 doesn't show table data

The data grid view shows nothing for any table I open:
The database is installed on my local machine.
I've tried standalone 11gR2 instance, and Docker 11gR2 XE and 18.4.0 XE images, none of them worked.

Every time I open grid view, I see the next line in the log:
SEVERE 1567 12 oracle.dbtools.raptor.oviewer.table.GridDataEditororacle.dbtools.app.SqlRecognizer.fragmentAtLocation(SqlRecognizer.java:149)

Has anybody experienced anything like that?
Any advice is highly appreciated.

SqlDeveloper Version 20.2.0.175, Build 175.1842
Windows 10 20H2 Home Edition
