SQL Developer 19.2.0.206 and SET SERVEROUTPUT

Hi, everyone!

I noted if I write incorrect value of parameter SERVEROUTPUT then client show error SP2-0265, but errors message different for SQL*Plus and SQL Developer:

What does mean OPTIMIZED and UNOPTIMIZED? I couldn't find in documentation.

SQL*Plus outputs without that options:

p.s. Database 12.*+, but it doesn't matter, SQL Developer rewrites error message
