Sql Developer 18.3.0.277 - startup delay (IndexPreferencesTask)

Hi,

I moved my config from an old pc on Windows7 ans SqlDeveloper 18.3 to a new one with Windows10 and SqlDeveloper 18.3. The new pc have good specification I7 16Gb Ram.

At every start there is a delay of +/-20 seconds for indexing something. On my older machine this delay was not there .

Any hints to eliminate this wait ? Is it related to Windows10?

Other than that everything seem ok.
