SQL Dev INTERVAL DAY TO SECOND visualization. Bug?

Using the last version of SQL Developer (2.1) I have notice the following behavior, which I guess to be a bug.

It does not display INTERVAL DAY TO SECOND correctly: in particular it adds leading zeros to the fractional part.

This does not happen everytime, but if you try several time you face the problem:

select
localtimestamp - (localtimestamp - 0.1) interval,
extract (second from (localtimestamp - (localtimestamp - 0.1))) sec
from dual
