SQL DEV 2.1 Database Connection dialog box bug

Hello.
I noticed this in 2.1.0.63.10 and 2.1.0.63.41 and it is happening immediately on installation of the 2.1.0.63.73 release. Infrequently and without predictability, I've tried to recreate the behavior with no repeatable success, the Database Connections dialog box doesn't stay viewable between close and restart of the application. When this happens, I'm forced to View \ Connections again to have it display again and then frequently all of the connections appear on top of each other; 16 connections listed on only 1 line on the screen (not really readable, so I'm guessing that all 16 are overlapping). I then close and restart, close and restart until it can display each connection on its own line, hoping that the dialog box remains viewable.

I'm using Windows XP SP3.
