SQL certification Exam Questions

HI everyone. I'm currently pursuing Oracle 9i certification and I have a question about the first exam (SQL IZO-007). How important is it to know Single-Row Functions and Group Functions for the exam? I mean do I need to have them ALL memorized? Some of these functions just blow my mind, especially the Group Functions. I can't imagine that every developer needs to know them ALL unless your doing statistical analysis or you work for NASA. I just want to know, for the exam, is it good enough to know some of them or to be familiar with some of them or do I need to memorize them all?
