Sql Anywhere and MySQL

Hi,

I am using Jdev 11.2 , and i need to connect to MYSQL and SQL Anywhere.
When i create a connection to MYSQL i get the below message.

Test failed: Driver class not found.
Verify the Driver location

Secondly, how do i connect to Sql anywhere ?.
