Sprinta SQL Driver and J2ee

I wrote a method, that make a simple query in my Databse, using JDeveloper and Sprinta SQL Driver 2000, and it`s work nice locally. But, when i created a Webservice with this Method and published it on the Oracle Application Server (j2ee) it doesn`t works. What i can do ???
