Split the column value as a html hyperlink

hsemarJul 21 2017 — edited Jul 21 2017

Hi,

I have a column with values  like below

www.google.com; www.yahoo.com; www.gmail.com

I would like to display the column as a hyperlink in html.   So, it should be like this...

<a href="www.google.com" target="_blank">;  <a href="www.yahoo.com" target="_blank">; <a href="www.gmail.com target="_blank">;

If I have 10 urls  (ideally it can have any number ) in that column separated by  ;  ( ; semicolon as delimiter).   Then it should show 10 hyperlinks.

This is required for me when i'm performing some automation through email.  The email displays as a html format.

Sample Structure

create table sample  ( url varchar2(4000));

insert into sample values ('www.google.com;www.yahoo.com;www.gmail.com;');

Regards,

Ramesh G
