Split Street Nbr/Name/Apt into separate fields

I have a table that has the street field in the above format, for eg.
1532 W 5TH AV APT 108 or 473 S WEBSTER AVE.
I will always have the house number first followed by the street name and the apt number if any. As in the above example apt number will always be preceded by the word "APT". Not all addresses will have apt numbers. I am looking for a way to split this field into 3 fields something like,
1st field: 1532
2nd field: W 5TH AV
3rd field: 108
1st field: 473
2nd field: S WEBSTER AVE.
3rd field:
Can anybody help please?
