I upgraded from APEX 5.1.4 to APEX 20.2 (Patch 2020.12.07).
Now i see that the waiting indicator (Spinner) has no animation anymore. It is shown but looks frozen. Everything works, so this is just a cosmetic problem, but the enduser may believe that the app has stopped working.

The AppBuilder
All Applications based on Universal Theme (42)
All Application based on the old Topaz Theme
what is missing here?
Webserver is Tomcat with ORDS. The Image folder contains all files from 20.2 and all files from the Patch.
