spfile and pfile missing db up and running how to restore spfile from rman

Hi,

currently database is up and running with spfile.
but both the pfile and spfile are not avaialble in the oracle home location.
how to create pfile or spfile in this situation.

SQL> create pfile from spfile;
create pfile from spfile
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-27037: unable to obtain file status
Linux-x86_64 Error: 2: No such file or directory
Additional information: 3
