Speed UP a data dictionary.

Hello everybody.

I have 5 nodes RAC 10gR2.

Ii'm trying to export full database using expdp and the proceess is very slow. about 300Mb per 24 hours !!!
But when i'm exporting the basic user schema ( about 100Gb) this process successfully comlete after 3 hours.

The system tbs more than 40Gb( 5000 synonyms as much as grants for evry of 1500 users. ) I thought it is may be the reason of this problem.

I can not understand this situation.

Can are you help me resolve this problem?
