Specify client ports

I have a windows client that needs to connect to two different databases on two different servers. My client needs to go out on port 1521 to databaseA and 1522 to databaseB. Both databases are listening on port 1521. (we use F-Secure and tunneling to secure the ports. I need to specify two tunnels simultaneously and you can't specify port 1521 twice)
