Special license for Logical Standby?

I've Oracle Database EE license. Do I need any special license to use Logical Standby?

In case I want to use Physical Standby database for reporting I need Oracle Active Data Guard.

Do I need Oracle Active Data Guard when I use Logical Standby database for reporting or just normal Oracle Data Guard is sufficient?
