Special Characters in Forms 12?

We are using Forms 12.2.1.4 and migrating some data from Sqlserver to our Oracle 19c database. We get an error when trying to query in one of our forms and the offending record starts with a #. Does the # have a special function within Forms?

Also, is there a list of special characters and their usage within Forms?
