Special carater from oracle database to file (Excel for example)

MoonlightFeb 10 2015 — edited Feb 12 2015

Hi,

We work with oracle database 11gr2. In our database, all it's ok, no problem with special caracter any more

NLS_CHARACTERSET=UTF8

My probleme, when we export table, same colonne, appear with sepcial caracter !!

Exemple:

         select    col               , chr(ascii(subsrt(col,4,1)) from table

resulat is      SF-GRT              !!

so we look - , but en realite it's not

so, after export in excel file for example, we have SF$"GRT instead of SF-GRT

How, can I resolve this matter? any one have idea?

Thank's in advance.

Best regards
