Spec Builder

Hi ,

In Create Business Action : Document Type -> Document Definition I get a note that says Oracle SpecBuilder is unavailable. I have istalled B2B Document editor that came with 10g CD's. am I missing some thing ? is this why i am getting validation errors when I try the sample tutorials.
