SPARCstation 5 - Replace NVRAM Chip

Hello all!
I need to replace the NVRAM chip in my SPARCstation 5 machine. It is marked up as M48T08-150PC1. I found a place where i can buy chip marked up as M48T08-100PC.

This chips have following characteristics:

M48T08-100PC Integrated circuit, Timekeeper 8Kx8 100ns 0-70°C PCDIP28
M48T08-150PC1 Integrated circuit Timekeeper 8kx8 150ns 0-70°C PCDIP28

As I see the only difference is 100ns and 150ns.

Will the SPARCstation 5 work with M48T08-100PC instead of M48T08-150PC1?
