Spamassassin only for external mail coming into organization

I have deployed sun java messaging server 6.1 with spamassassin 3.2.3.
I have integrated this using destinationbrighmailoption spam.

I noticed that the internal mail (intranet) and mail coming from outside my organization is scanned using spamassassin.
I want to scan only external mail coming in, it this possibly?
How to do this?

my imta.cnf looks like this:
