SP2-0556: Invalid file name

I'm trying to complete the first exercise from my PL/SQL programming book. I've already downloaded the files to complete all the exercises from the book to my Desktop in a folder. The book states to use the following command to create the database, @<pathname to PL/SQL files>\Chapter.01\c1Dbcreate, but I get the SP2-0556 error.
