SP2-0310 unable to open file "apexins.sql"

hi ,

i am trying to install oracle apex 4.2 on oracle 11g database ,

i downloaded the apex source zip file , then upzipped it to C:\TEMP and changed it's name to " apex " .

i opened the cmd then changed to C:\TEMP then to "C:\Oracle\Middleware\Oracle_FRHome1\bin" , then connected with " sys as sysdba " .

and i wrote

@apexins.sql SYSAUX SYSAUX TEMP /i/

to see this error

SP2-0310 unable to open file "apexins.sql"
