- Adds the use of templates in Excel to upload data for Invoice/Breakout/Handling Codes to subcontracts on projects
- Limits the opportunity for coding to need updating due to input assumptions from data entry by multiple people
- Creates the ability to have streamline data for reporting purposes
- How many users do you expect to be affected by this improvement?
- All users that assign Invoice Coding to contracts in Textura.
- How much time or cost savings do you expect to be affected by this improvement?
- The time savings would be at the beginning of the project during setup mainly.
- It would also be if new subcontracts are added midstream of a project.
- Change orders for new scopes that might require different cost structure added to each SOV line.
- Another benefit is in the accuracy of the data entry.
- To work from a template in the setup of codes would allow (GC side) all subcontracts to have the same or similar codes
- To work from a template in the setup of code would allow the same coding be applied to multiple contracts on the same project
