APEX

I'm working on an Oracle web application that might well be able to benefit from adopting APEX. However, the organisation is very concerned about source/version control because there are several people working on different parts of the application at any given time.

Does anybody out there have any experience of managing source control etc for APEX applications under these conditions? What tools are suitable, and what approach would allow multiple developers to work on the application simultaneously, with regular releases to system test etc, and the ability to revert to earlier versions if necessary?
