When exiting out of an web determination interview midway through, adjusting values in Siebel, and then re-entering the interview, we are receiving the error message 'Oops, I tried to resume but something went wrong.'. This error only appears when we add or create lines in Siebel - editing/adjusting existing information allows us to re-enter the interview fine with the edits reflected.
I found a previous thread with the only real answer pointing to 'a technical failure requiring support to look at the server logs' ("Oops. I tried to resume" when resuming a checkpointed interview — oracle-tech). We have looked at the logs and haven't found anything that looks incorrect although we may be looking in the wrong area.
Is there anything in particular we should be looking for? All of the guidance I have found is very vague (understandably so as it appears it can be due to a number of errors..)
We are using Intelligent Advisor version 20C connected to Siebel version 16.18
Any insights on this would be appreciated!
