Sorting row members in data form based on descending actuals

Hi everyone,

Here is my webform:

I need to sort my rows based on the the first column which will give me total actual hours. This will allow users to quickly identify their largest clients and budget those accordingly.

Is this possible to configure in web forms or is this only doable through smartview/Excel?
