Sorting functionality in the new Payment Authorization page

Right now, you can only filter by the applicable columns. Most sub payments are made from oldest to newest, which is the opposite order in which it is displayed. It would be nice to have this option available, or defaulted by oldest to newest payments for a given project in each view.
